As the Content & Marketing Manager for Priority Products within the North America Small and Medium Business (SMB) Marketing team at TikTok, you will play a pivotal role in driving leads, product adoption, and revenue growth for SMBs through innovative marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on creating and executing multi-channel customer experiences that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Product teams to define opportunity sizes, prioritize support for owned products, and build seamless client experiences. Your responsibilities will include leading go-to-market (GTM) narratives and campaign strategies, ensuring that product value propositions are clearly articulated and effectively communicated across various channels including webinars, events, social media, and email campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining launch calendars to ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) for priority products are met on time and within budget. You will oversee high-quality content creation across multiple formats, managing both internal and external vendors to produce marketing assets that align with our strategic goals. Additionally, you will track and analyze marketing performance across all campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and iterating on strategies to achieve better results. Your ability to share best practices and collaborate with regional counterparts will be essential for driving full-funnel success across leads, new revenue, and incremental revenue.
