About the position

The Content Marketing Specialist at MSIGHTS is responsible for developing engaging B2B content that drives traffic, engages target prospects, and enhances the company's online presence. This role involves strategic storytelling, content strategy development, and performance monitoring to support lead generation and business development goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop B2B content including whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and social media posts to engage and convert target prospects.
  • Serve as the strategic storyteller for the MSIGHTS brand, capturing its voice and positioning against competitors.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create a content strategy and execute a content calendar aligned with lead generation goals.
  • Monitor content performance and provide data-informed analyses and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with market content developments and generate new ideas to attract the desired audience.
  • Identify opportunities from industry news that relate to the software platform benefits.
  • Create various content types including email templates, webinars, and more.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in a small to medium-sized software or technology company.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, LinkedIn, event platforms (e.g., ON24), and CRM or Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the initiative to learn about the platform and its benefits for enterprise marketers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Global experience in content marketing is a bonus.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a bonus.
