About the position

The Content Marketing Manager at MSIGHTS is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and lead generation for the company. This role involves creating data-driven B2B content, serving as the strategic storyteller for the brand, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content initiatives with business goals. The position requires a proactive approach to content performance analysis and the ability to generate innovative ideas to attract the target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop interesting data and research-driven B2B content including whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and social media posts.
  • Serve as the company's strategic storyteller, capturing the MSIGHTS brand voice.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop a content strategy and execute a content calendar that supports Business Development needs.
  • Monitor content performance and provide data-informed analyses with proactive recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with content developments in the market and generate new ideas to engage the desired audience.
  • Read industry publications and news sources for new content ideas and lead-generation opportunities.
  • Proactively pinpoint opportunities from industry news related to software platform benefits.
  • Match and forward the right type of content to different audiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in a small to medium-sized software or technology company.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well with internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to quality in a fast-paced international work environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, LinkedIn, event platforms (e.g., ON24), and CRM or Marketing Automation platforms.
