About the position

The Content Marketing Manager at LogRocket will lead the Leadership Engagement Program, focusing on creating and managing high-quality content that connects with frontend developers. This role involves overseeing the production and operations of the blog, managing freelance writers, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The position is crucial for enhancing LogRocket's digital presence and ensuring the content aligns with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production and blog operations, ensuring timely delivery from writers and coordinating with illustrators.
• Identify new topics for writers and provide guidance on content creation.
• Develop relationships with influencers, analysts, partners, and thought leaders to enhance content quality.
• Help develop messaging and editorial guidelines for consistency among contributors.
• Contribute to other content initiatives such as ebooks, case studies, and webinars.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing freelancers and an editorial calendar.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple stakeholder priorities.
• Editorial mindset to understand audience preferences and create engaging content.
• Understanding of SEO, inbound and content marketing strategies, and content measurement.
• Familiarity with tools like SEMRush, BuzzSumo, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
• Ability to provide writing samples.
