About the position

As a Content Marketing Manager at TCM Security, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining high-quality and compelling content across various platforms. This includes managing content for websites, blogs, social media, white papers, surveys, and marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all content produced by the team is consistent, clearly communicated, and aligns with the company's branding and messaging strategies. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining a blog editorial calendar to streamline content production and ensure timely delivery of engaging articles and posts. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop content that supports company initiatives, product launches, and thought leadership. Staying updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving content formats will be essential to continually enhance TCM Security's content marketing initiatives. You will also partner with the marketing team to identify content needs, updates, and revisions, while formulating a workable content roadmap to guide your efforts. In addition to content creation, you will brainstorm with the marketing and content team to develop new ideas for content that resonates with our audience. Your role may also involve providing marketing support where needed, ensuring that TCM Security's messaging is cohesive and impactful across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain high-quality and compelling content across multiple platforms including websites, blogs, social media, white papers, surveys, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage, edit/revise content produced by the team into consistent and clearly communicated content.
  • Develop and maintain blog editorial calendar.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop content that supports company initiatives, product launches, and thought leadership.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving content formats to enhance content marketing initiatives continually.
  • Work with the marketing team to identify content needs, updates, revisions, as well as formulating a workable content roadmap.
  • Brainstorm with the marketing and content team to develop new ideas for content.
  • Provide marketing support where needed.

Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen and capable of working US hours.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CMS and CRM as well as basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly creative with experience in devising content that will engage, inform, and motivate varying audiences.
  • Knowledge of TCM's audience is a plus!
  • Team player.
  • Ability to develop original content.
