About the position

The Content Marketing Manager at 4KIDS is responsible for leading the content creation and distribution strategy for the HopeConnect™ platform, targeting parents of children with Adverse Childhood Experiences. This role involves managing various digital communication forms, analyzing consumer behaviors, and collaborating with the Director of HopeConnect™ to develop innovative marketing strategies. The position requires fluency in multiple languages and a strong background in content marketing, project management, and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content for the HopeConnect™ parenting platform, including blogs, social media, emails, and e-books.
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends to implement into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of HopeConnect™ to brainstorm growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Develop and monitor budgets for marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and implement them in marketing campaigns.
  • Manage high-value content creation and distribution across various digital tools.
  • Design and implement omnichannel marketing strategies and distribution plans.
  • Assist in driving internal and external teams toward solutions using data-driven insights.
  • Manage project metrics to measure impact and success criteria throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and deliver project briefs, proposals, and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain partnerships with 4KIDS stakeholders and partner institutions.
  • Travel to conferences and meetings to lead discussions with potential partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of content marketing experience in a digital and data-driven organization.
  • Experience in social welfare or family ministry is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience writing and editing copy for various channels.
  • Strong graphic design background.
  • In-depth experience with analytics platforms (GA4) and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as MailChimp, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM strategies and keyword research.

  • Experience with MONDAY project management software.
