About the position

The Content Marketing Manager at Adtalem Global Education is responsible for creating and managing engaging content across various channels to attract prospective students for the Caribbean-based medical schools. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage creative projects, and oversee budgetary aspects, ensuring alignment with brand goals and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead status updates, workflow, prioritization, and planning process across initiatives.
  • Lead brief intake and evaluation process for all creative needs of the content and creative team.
  • Evaluate and develop tactical creative briefs in conjunction with Institutional Marketing and product marketing.
  • Work with agencies to ensure understanding and alignment with overall direction.
  • Evaluate and deliver against paid digital, social, and email briefs and creative needs.
  • Develop content and creative strategies that drive engagement and response across social platforms.
  • Gather information needed for creative assignments from various internal departments.
  • Manage creative budgets and execution of authorized plans, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
  • Approve advertising billing and invoices for payment.
  • Maintain accurate spending forecasts and manage advertising budget tracking.
  • Develop campaign performance KPIs with an eye to enrollments and brand development.
  • Create scorecards, reports, and tracking tools to analyze results of marketing campaigns.
  • Lead agencies to present ongoing competitive positioning, spend, and analysis.
  • Maintain a comprehensive DAM portal for creative assets developed for Med Vet.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required (preferably in Marketing or a related field).
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of progressive marketing and project management/account management experience is required.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Content, creative, and social strategy experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven record of success in developing and implementing brand/marketing plans.
  • Experience building and maintaining large-scale non-working budgets and invoicing.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in project management platforms such as WorkFront and DAM platforms such as Box and Canto.
  • Thorough understanding of standards or brand health measurement and evaluation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
