About the position

The Content Marketing Manager at Intro is responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives customer engagement and retention. This role focuses on developing educational content for lifecycle emails, improving customer retention through targeted content, and growing blog traffic through SEO-optimized articles. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support various marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and educational content for lifecycle marketing emails to drive conversions and improve retention.
• Develop content that engages existing customers through newsletters, product updates, and educational guides.
• Execute a content strategy that drives organic traffic to the blog by researching and writing high-quality, SEO-optimized articles.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop content that supports product launches, webinars, and customer education.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of content marketing and copywriting experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing a content strategy that drives organic growth and understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience creating content for lifecycle marketing emails and familiarity with email marketing tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
• Proven ability to create high-quality, educational materials that provide real value to business owners and entrepreneurs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to measure performance.
