Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform that empowers businesses to accept payments and grow their revenue. Our Narrative and Editorial team is a global group of marketers dedicated to creating compelling stories that resonate with our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Design, to craft content that not only informs but also engages our audience. Your primary focus will be on understanding our customers' needs and developing content that addresses their concerns and priorities. This role is writing-intensive, requiring you to produce high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, data-led reports, and scripted talks for our annual user conference, Stripe Sessions. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will serve as the editorial director and project manager for scripted breakout sessions at Stripe Sessions, collaborating with customers, partners, and the broader Stripe community to create third-party content. Your ability to write compellingly and maintain a high standard of quality will be crucial as you produce everything from internal documentation to customer-facing copy. Additionally, you will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the content you create, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
