About the position

The Content Marketing Manager at Adtalem Global Education is responsible for creating and managing engaging content across various channels to attract prospective students for the Caribbean-based medical schools. This role involves collaboration with the Institutional Marketing group and other stakeholders to execute integrated multi-channel campaigns, manage creative projects, and oversee budgets. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and consumer-centric, focusing on delivering best-in-class creative solutions that align with brand objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead status updates, workflow, prioritization, and planning process across initiatives.
  • Manage the brief intake and evaluation process for all creative needs of the content and creative team.
  • Evaluate and develop tactical creative briefs in conjunction with Institutional Marketing and product marketing.
  • Work with agencies to ensure understanding and alignment with overall direction.
  • Deliver against paid digital, social, and email briefs and creative needs, working with internal and external resources.
  • Develop content and creative strategies in partnership with the social team across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for creative assignments.
  • Manage creative budgets, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
  • Approve advertising billing and invoices for payment.
  • Maintain accurate spending forecasts and manage advertising budget tracking.
  • Develop campaign performance KPIs focused on enrollments and brand development.
  • Create scorecards, reports, and tracking tools to analyze marketing campaign results.
  • Lead agencies in presenting competitive positioning and analysis.
  • Maintain a comprehensive Digital Asset Management (DAM) portal for creative assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive marketing and project/account management experience required.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong experience in content, creative, and social strategy preferred.
  • Proven record of success in developing and implementing brand/marketing plans.
  • Experience in managing large-scale non-working budgets and invoicing.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as WorkFront and DAM platforms like Box and Canto.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to analyze and present data clearly and accurately.
  • Strong communication skills, able to influence and sell ideas internally and externally.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build effective partnerships.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront is preferred.
