About the position

As a Content Marketing Manager at BTS, you will be responsible for shaping engagement strategies with senior executives at leading organizations. This role involves creating various forms of content, including blogs, videos, and white papers, that align with BTS's go-to-market strategy and address client challenges. You will collaborate with thought leaders and cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and deliver measurable results through data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling content: Develop blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, and client success stories that align with BTS's goals and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Lead content-focused campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support our GTM strategy, driving engagement and audience growth across digital channels.
  • Generate and nurture leads: Collaborate with enablement and business development teams to create content and run campaigns that nurture leads, drive conversions, and position BTS as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with thought leaders: Work with internal experts to turn insights into high-impact content that tackles key business challenges and sparks strategic conversations.
  • Manage projects: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and supports broader marketing initiatives.
  • Boost brand visibility: Elevate BTS's digital presence with SEO-optimized content that improves search rankings, attracts new audiences, and drives engagement.
  • Analyze and optimize: Use analytics to refine content strategies, improve campaign performance, and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Drive innovation: Introduce new ideas and approaches to content creation, keeping BTS at the forefront of marketing trends and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on content creation and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, particularly in driving lead generation and conversions through content.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Collaborative experience working with teams like sales, design, and enablement.
  • Comfort using data and analytics to adjust content strategies and improve performance.
  • Background in professional services marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and Adobe Creative Suite.
