In this role, you will contribute substantively to cross-functional teams that develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans tailored to specific populations of prospects and clients. You will analyze multiple data streams to optimize marketing tactics and implement plans and processes in alignment with our Segment Marketing strategy. Your insights and recommendations will be crucial in determining the most effective media and promotional channels to engage our target audiences. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all internal and external elements necessary for the successful execution of segment marketing plans are addressed. This includes securing support from internal marketing and distribution partners, satisfying all legal and compliance obligations, and ensuring that all necessary content is shared, reviewed, and approved by external partners. Additionally, you will assess and synthesize key performance indicator data to provide recommendations for further enhancements to our marketing strategies. As the primary point of contact for repeatable deliverables impacting client and prospect experiences, you will ensure the ongoing maintenance and streamlining of these workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional peers and segment leads in executing multichannel marketing plans aligned to specific populations of prospects and clients.
  • Make recommendations on specific media and promotional channels to best promote supported products and services and drive targeted audience engagement.
  • Determine appropriate measurement criteria and methods for newly suggested promotional audiences and tactics.
  • Ensure all internal and external elements necessary for the successful execution of segment marketing plans are addressed, including securing support from necessary internal marketing and distribution partners.
  • Ensure all legal and compliance obligations are satisfied and that all necessary content is shared, reviewed, and approved by external partners.
  • Assess and synthesize key performance indicator data to provide recommendations on additional key performance indicators, benchmarks, and tactical marketing plan adjustments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for repeatable deliverables impacting client and prospect experiences, ensuring the ongoing maintenance and streamlining of all such repeatable workstreams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
