About the position
The Content Marketing Manager at Lexington Legends is responsible for promoting the team's brand through various media channels, including social media, the website, and email communications. This full-time role requires a creative individual who thrives in a high-energy environment, particularly during baseball games and special events. The manager will engage with fans, create compelling content, and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and drive game attendance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and create engaging content for social media during baseball games and special events.
- Engage with fans on social media, moderating conversations and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement social media strategies.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and sponsored content.
- Maintain and update the team website with relevant information about events and promotions.
- Assist with graphic design needs for the team, utilizing Adobe Suite.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of social media management and content creation experience.
- Graphic design experience is required.
- Understanding of Adobe Suite is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience.
- Experience in Minor League Baseball or other professional sports.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited university or college.
