About the position

Color Health is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to enhance the company's narrative through the creation of impactful content that aligns with brand, demand, and communication strategies. This role involves collaborating with various teams to produce and manage content across multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent and authentic voice while driving brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and articulate the Color brand story while staying updated on industry trends to create relevant content.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in marketing, communications, and medical affairs to manage content projects from ideation to publication.
  • Contribute to the development of thought-leadership content such as blogs, case studies, and reports.
  • Amplify content on social media to enhance reach and impact, aligning with brand goals.
  • Work with the communications team on executive content like blog posts and op-eds to strengthen Color's thought leadership.
  • Support webinar content creation by collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging material.
  • Act as a strategic partner on cross-functional programs, defining objectives and performance indicators.
  • Manage thought leadership programs collaboratively across the company to present Color's unique perspective.
  • Utilize SEO tools and data insights to inform content strategy and improve visibility.
  • Establish a reporting cadence to measure content performance and make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and content strategy.
  • Experience in managing content for healthcare or health tech organizations is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting executive content needs, including op-eds and thought-leadership posts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing content calendars and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in digital health benefits or health-adjacent organizations.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and content performance metrics.
