ProcessUnity is a leading provider of cloud-based risk and compliance management solutions. We specialize in helping organizations manage third-party risk, cybersecurity risk, and enterprise risk through our comprehensive and user-friendly platform. By streamlining risk assessment and mitigation processes, we enable businesses to enhance their risk management strategies to ensure regulatory compliance. The Content Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing our content strategy. As is often the case in a growing SaaS organization, this individual will wear multiple hats. Therefore, an entrepreneurial mindset, strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, and solid leadership skills are required. While the position is initially an individual contributor role, in time, there is an opportunity to grow and manage a team of content creators. The ideal candidate is a team player, a quick learner, comfortable working at a rapid pace, and a good human who gets along well with others. A strong work ethic and excellent writing and editing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creation, development, and execution of a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and evolves over time.
  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality content that converts complex technical details into clear, engaging, and easily understood copy for various channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and more.
  • Develop and manage a robust social media content plan that increases engagement, grows our following, and enhances our brand presence.
  • Exhibit leadership on all content initiatives across the extended Marketing team, providing guidance and feedback and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Continuously measure and analyze the effectiveness of content marketing initiatives, optimizing strategies based on performance data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Provide and accept feedback constructively to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of proven experience in a content marketing role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to convert technical information into accessible and engaging content.
  • Strong affinity for social media content and experience managing social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement a content strategy that evolves with the company's needs and goals.
  • Ability to effectively lead others (peers and superiors) to accomplish the organization's strategic and tactical goals.
  • Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback to and from team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
