About the position

As a Content Marketing Manager with ReliaQuest, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy to engage our target audience, build brand awareness, and drive conversions. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing, content creation, content marketing, and SEO. In your everyday hustle, you will support the development and implementation of a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with ReliaQuest's business goals and objectives. You will create high-quality, compelling written content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website content, infographics, and more, with a deep understanding of our customers and the outcomes they are looking to achieve. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that content aligns with product launches, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search engines and user experience. Reporting on the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and adjusting strategies as needed will be a key part of your role. The ideal candidate must be a strong storyteller with deep writing experience, possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, and have 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, content creation, or a similar role. A portfolio of work to share is essential, along with a strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content distribution channels. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also crucial. Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas will set you apart.
