About the position

The Content Marketing Advisor is responsible for developing and executing content strategies aimed at healthcare leadership audiences. This role involves collaboration with various teams to create engaging marketing content, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends. The advisor will lead content initiatives, analyze effectiveness, and work with both internal and external resources to deliver high-quality content that supports the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of a content calendar and creation of engaging content across various media formats (webinars, collateral, white papers, conference presentations, blogs, guides, etc.)
  • Shepherd the creation of content from initial discovery through to delivery
  • Collaborate with external PR agency to develop strategies for reaching target markets with thought leadership
  • Establish relationships with media outlets to position TruBridge as a resource for experts
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of content from clients and internal stakeholders
  • Evaluate communications and messaging from a client perspective to enhance trust and advocacy
  • Analyze brand performance and product trends to develop marketing strategies
  • Lead the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content
  • Translate marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans
  • Work with management to identify and implement effective sales strategies
  • Ensure product and brand initiatives support the organization's public image

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience marketing to healthcare organizations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience owning and executing a content and thought leadership strategy
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the US (3-5 times per year)
  • Experience building presentations for conferences and/or webinars
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on issues to resolution
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Project management skills and experience managing a marketing workflow platform
  • Editorial experience with an understanding of audience preferences
  • Experience managing and working with outside creative agencies, writers, and designers
