About the position

As the Content Marketing Manager & Graphic Designer at Garman Homes, you will be responsible for shaping the brand's voice and aesthetic across digital platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media, and developing innovative marketing strategies to connect with homebuyers and promote the company's unique offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a dynamic content strategy that aligns with Garman Homes' brand culture.
• Create visually stunning and engaging social media content, blog posts, email campaigns, and video scripts.
• Lead the social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Craft compelling narratives that bring homes and communities to life.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and leadership teams to design and implement marketing campaigns.
• Utilize Canva to create graphics that complement marketing campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to keep marketing efforts fresh and relevant.
• Analyze campaign performance and social media metrics for continuous improvement.
• Support and promote community events and model home openings to maximize brand exposure.
• Manage website content to ensure it is up-to-date and engaging.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in marketing with a focus on social media management, content creation, and graphic design.
• Proven track record of developing successful, creative, and data-driven marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of homebuilding marketing and innovative strategies.
• Experience with Hubspot and customer relationship management tools.
• Expertise in Canva and graphic design principles.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in video content creation and editing.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices for content marketing.
