About the position

The Content Marketing Manager at IGEL Technology is responsible for creating and executing content strategies that engage and inform the target audience. This role involves developing high-quality content across various formats, optimizing it for search engines and social media, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand and business goals. The position is hybrid, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing and content strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and subject matter experts, to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and meets project deadlines.
  • Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms, and track and report on key performance metrics to measure success.
  • Manage content distribution channels, including email newsletters, social media accounts, and third-party platforms, to increase reach and engagement.
  • Continuously test and refine content marketing strategies and tactics to improve results and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B customer marketing, customer experience, or a related field, preferably in software or IT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to different customer segments.
  • Experience with copywriting, content strategy across various formats, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and video.
  • Creative and innovative thinker who can develop fresh and exciting ways to engage and delight customers and prospects.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.
