About the position

ValidiFI is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to enhance its marketing efforts by creating tailored digital content that supports marketing campaigns and sales enablement. This role focuses on data-driven strategies to improve brand visibility and achieve measurable results in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling industry content including blogs, web pages, social media posts, case studies, videos, and client success stories.
  • Lead the planning, building, and execution of industry-specific email campaigns to support the go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with enablement and business development teams to generate and nurture leads through organic and paid campaigns.
  • Work with internal thought leaders to transform insights into impactful content addressing key business challenges.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Boost brand visibility and SEO through the creation of SEO-optimized content that enhances search rankings and engagement.
  • Analyze and optimize content strategies using analytics to improve campaign performance and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Drive innovation by introducing new ideas and approaches to content creation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, focusing on content creation and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, especially in lead generation and conversions through content.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative experience working with sales, product, and client success teams.
  • Experience with digital paid media campaigns is a plus.
  • Comfort using data and analytics to adjust content strategies and improve performance.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Canva, Account Engagement, and Hootsuite.
