About the position

The Content Marketing Manager at Rhapsody will be responsible for executing the marketing content strategy, focusing on creating and maintaining high-quality content that aligns with the brand's identity and messaging. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop compelling narratives that drive engagement and conversions, particularly in the B2B healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Execute go-to-market campaign content strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create and edit compelling content including blog posts, white papers, eBooks, case studies, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and outline content ideas that support go-to-market campaigns.
  • Edit, proofread, and enhance content provided by product marketing teams and freelance writers.
  • Maintain brand identity and messaging across all content formats and communication channels.
  • Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement, measure its performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into content production.
  • Build out and manage the content calendar, delivering high-quality content on schedule.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong editorial skills with experience in writing, outlining content, and proofreading.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content.
  • Understanding of SEO and how to incorporate keywords into content assets.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
