About the position

The Content Manager will lead the content marketing efforts of Summa Linguae Technologies by developing, curating, and managing high-quality content across various platforms. This role is essential for inbound marketing success, focusing on creating valuable content that addresses customer questions and pain points. The position requires collaboration with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and delivers measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy that educates and informs the audience.
  • Leverage SEO best practices to create content that ranks highly in search engines.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to understand customer pain points.
  • Champion the 'They Ask, You Answer' approach by creating transparent and helpful content.
  • Maintain a well-organized content calendar for timely publication.
  • Plan, script, and produce video content that educates and engages the audience.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines for consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement keyword strategies based on customer searches.
  • Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on content marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, content management systems (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a focus on simplifying complex concepts.
  • Experience with video content production.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams.
