Inkhouse is seeking a talented and strategic Content Marketing Manager to oversee and execute content marketing and social media strategies for the agency. This role is crucial in elevating Inkhouse's brand presence in the market. The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for continuing to build and manage the brand's digital presence which includes the website, social media channels and a weekly newsletter. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing at Orchestra (our parent company).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies that align with Inkhouse's objectives and target audiences.
  • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery across all platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for content creation.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content for Inkhouse.
  • Lead the creation and distribution of a weekly newsletter, ensuring it is engaging, informative and aligns with client interests and Inkhouse business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, voice and style.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance Inkhouse brand awareness, drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Manage and grow Inkhouse's presence across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Monitor social media trends and best practices to optimize content performance and engagement.
  • Track and analyze content and social media performance using relevant metrics and tools.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on content and social media performance to the Head of Marketing at Orchestra.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including PR, digital and design to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging team growth and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, social media management or a related role; experience with B2B and/or B2C tech preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content and social media strategies.
  • Experience in creating and managing newsletters and other external communications.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing best practices, SEO and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with HubSpot, SproutSocial and SEMrush is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with B2B and/or B2C tech preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
