About the position

The Content Marketing Manager at Yotpo will play a crucial role in connecting the company to the world through compelling storytelling and content creation. This position focuses on developing engaging B2B content that resonates with audiences, driving demand generation, and collaborating with various teams to enhance Yotpo's narrative in the eCommerce industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Yotpo's eCommerce platform and transform technical details into exciting content.
  • Produce a wide range of content, including blog posts, case studies, ebooks, social promos, landing pages, webinars, and sales one-pagers.
  • Partner with Demand Generation teams to create compelling content that generates interest and engagement across channels.
  • Collaborate with brand and product marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling throughout the customer journey.
  • Work with design and web experts to create visually appealing content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS company and/or eCommerce.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, consistently delivering quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient at transforming complex ideas into compelling and accessible narratives.
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration across various disciplines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with marketing tech stacks.
  • Proactively identifies emerging trends within the industry.
