About the position

The Content Marketing Manager at Worldwide Clinical Trials will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that translate into engaging content plans. This role focuses on creating impactful content campaigns that align with the marketing funnel, generating leads and conversions while ensuring that all content adheres to brand guidelines and SEO strategies. The position requires collaboration with various teams to enhance content performance and adapt strategies based on market changes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and translate marketing strategies into impactful content plans.
  • Create and manage an integrated content calendar aligned with therapeutic area strategic plans.
  • Execute content campaigns that generate leads, conversions, and retention.
  • Edit, proofread, and optimize content for SEO and readability.
  • Publish and organize content using content management systems across various platforms.
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of content marketing efforts, tracking key metrics.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve content strategy across channels.
  • Conduct content audits and competitive assessments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to ensure alignment with SEO strategy and digital distribution platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content development and/or communications in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of creating marketing content.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on storytelling.
  • Experience managing agencies and consultants.
  • Strong project management skills to manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and graphic design.
  • Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in marketing and content strategy.
