About the position

The Content Marketing Manager at Worldwide Clinical Trials will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that translate into engaging content plans. Responsibilities

  • Develop and translate marketing strategies into impactful content plans.
  • Create and manage an integrated content calendar aligned with therapeutic area strategic plans.
  • Execute content campaigns that generate leads, conversions, and retention.
  • Edit, proofread, and optimize content for SEO and readability.
  • Publish and organize content using content management systems across various platforms.
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of content marketing efforts, tracking key metrics.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve content strategy across channels.
  • Conduct content audits and competitive assessments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to ensure alignment with SEO strategy and digital distribution platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content development and/or communications in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of creating marketing content.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on storytelling.
  • Experience managing agencies and consultants.
  • Strong project management skills to manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and graphic design.
  • Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in marketing and content strategy.
