About the position

As a Content Marketing Manager at Tacton, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and customer engagement. This position involves developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy in collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams. Your work will focus on creating thought leadership and educational content that articulates product value and market differentiation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the monthly content calendar and blog.
  • Develop and own the monthly social media calendar and execute across key social platforms.
  • Create/Write, manage, and optimize content assets such as blogs, case studies, white papers, reports, eBooks, webinars, and product videos.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to turn technical concepts into easily digestible content.
  • Support lead-generation campaigns through targeted content and messaging.
  • Personalize and tailor messaging and content to different audiences by persona and vertical.
  • Assist with product launches by creating product one-sheets, solution guides, videos, sales presentations, and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, PR, product marketing, social media, and events teams to ensure consistent messaging and content.
  • Support customer events by creating event-specific content and collateral.
  • Work closely with demand generation on email cadences for marketing sends and SDR outreach.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or similar roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Proven ability to create content that educates and engages target audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buying process and how to map content to various stages of the customer journey.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and enterprise software.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and digital content strategies.
