This position is located in our New York City HQ and requires a hybrid work schedule. We believe that the future of healthcare delivery is virtual-first, longitudinal, and collaborative. Healthie is hiring an exceptional Content Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content calendar, creating high-quality content that engages, educates, and inspires Healthie's Customer Base. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Content Calendar to support company goals.
  • Track content KPIs and performance goals, tracking metrics like organic traffic, lead conversion, and engagement to inform ongoing content optimization.
  • Create and manage a content calendar to produce a steady pipeline of high-quality assets, including blog posts, whitepapers, email campaigns, newsletters, case studies, ebooks, and press releases and webinars.
  • Oversee the content creation process — writing, editing, and collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and/or partners to ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Collaborate with our Marketplace Team to create and execute content that highlights integration partners, driving visibility and engagement for partner solutions within Healthie.
  • Develop co-marketing content such as joint blog posts, case studies, and webinars, showcasing the value of our partnerships to customers and prospects while strengthening partner relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute on thought leadership content (LinkedIn posts, blogs, award submissions, etc).
  • Distribute content across multiple channels, including company website, email newsletters, social media platforms, and partner channels.
  • Coordinate with the Growth team to integrate content into lead nurturing campaigns, paid media efforts, and product marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee social media management, ensuring content is engaging, consistent with brand messaging, and effectively reaches target audiences.
  • Analyze content performance metrics, using insights to iterate on content & content distribution channel strategies.
  • Leverage content smartly across multiple formats (e.g., turning webinars into blog posts or ebooks) to maximize the impact of each asset.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content, brand, or relevant marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS or healthcare technology space.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content at scale.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building in healthcare.
  • Experience and strong intuition on what makes a strong and compelling brand voice to our customers and market.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and content strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience developing and executing co-branded marketing campaigns with partners to drive overall adoption and growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal.
