About the position

The Content Marketing Manager at Bloomfield Arts & Crafts Studio will be responsible for driving the marketing efforts of the studio's art products. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy to attract new customers and increase sales, while also fostering a collaborative and positive company culture.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling content that showcases art products, including benefits, features, and use cases.
• Develop product descriptions, blog posts, social media campaigns, and email marketing materials.
• Manage and oversee social media channels, engaging with the community and running promotional campaigns.
• Produce and edit engaging videos highlighting product quality and craftsmanship.
• Conduct customer and artist interviews to gather testimonials and feedback on products.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members on content ideas and ensure alignment with company values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in content marketing or a similar role.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Proficiency in video editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with the community.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
