About the position

The Content & Marketing Project Manager at Tuckernuck is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various pre and post production projects. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all production deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes and project management methodologies, and will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing and Content to align on project requirements, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while adhering to financial constraints.
  • Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, negotiating contracts and tracking performance.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of production workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Incredible organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
