CCA Global Partners is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist in our Manchester, NH office for our Retail Groups division. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and optimizing content for solution-focused marketing strategies for CCA Retail Divisions (Carpet One Floor & Home, Flooring America/Flooring Canada, The Floor Trader, and the International Design Guild). You'll work collaboratively with the Social Media, SEO, and Brand Teams and additional cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives which includes writing original SEO optimized content, sourcing sharable content, and supporting marketing initiatives with writing, curating, and editing content across various platforms both online and traditional. Our Content Marketing Specialist will: Support content-driven initiatives and objectives utilizing our proprietary system for managing website updates. This involves tracking SEO changes and enhancing pages with diminished rankings, creating new content, updating existing pages, incorporating, or updating images and graphics, and refining pages to improve user experience and align with Google algorithm updates as well as continuous development of blogs related to the website. Assist in the production of our magazine and blog by conducting trend research, and collaborating with designers, curating, and writing content. Collaborate with diverse retail group teams, and others, to understand their goals and initiatives, providing comprehensive content support with allocated time for various projects that will be determined by the Demand Generation Content Manager and includes writing, researching, and curating content. Review product grids to craft compelling product descriptions for web and showroom use and maintain relevant SEO and content certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Create, curate, and optimize content for marketing strategies for CCA Retail Divisions.
  • Collaborate with Social Media, SEO, and Brand Teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Write original SEO optimized content and source sharable content.
  • Support marketing initiatives with writing, curating, and editing content across various platforms.
  • Utilize proprietary systems for managing website updates and track SEO changes.
  • Enhance pages with diminished rankings and create new content.
  • Update existing pages and refine them to improve user experience.
  • Conduct trend research and collaborate with designers for magazine and blog production.
  • Provide comprehensive content support for various projects as determined by the Demand Generation Content Manager.
  • Craft compelling product descriptions for web and showroom use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business, or related equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a content writer, copywriter, SEO, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and exceptional writing skills.
  • Ability to simplify broad or complex concepts into clear, concise, and strategic messaging.
  • Solid understanding of SEO research, implementation, and content writing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Conductor and Bright Local is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (such as WordPress), Google Analytics, and HTML is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • SEO expertise, basic graphic design and editing capabilities, including experience with Photoshop and PowerPoint.
