About the position

Morrison Healthcare, a leading national food and nutrition services company, is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join the Compass One Healthcare marketing team at our corporate offices located in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC. This role is pivotal in managing all social media activities and providing marketing support for high-quality sales materials, digital storytelling, and special projects aimed at supporting leadership, operations, and sales team efforts to retain and grow the business, as well as associate recruitment initiatives. The Content Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Sr Director of Marketing - Compass One Healthcare. In this position, the individual will align the social media strategy with the enterprise editorial calendar and oversee all content activation across various platforms, including social media channels, brand websites, and other digital channels. Collaboration with the content marketing manager, sector support teams, and sales will be essential to produce compelling content tailored for sector digital channels. The specialist will also manage the advertising strategy for all social media channels, maintain and organize user-generated content and digital assets, and make necessary updates to sector websites while influencing channel strategy and roadmap. The role requires innovative thinking to develop creative ideas for digital storytelling and social media campaigns. The Content Marketing Specialist will research, conceptualize, and design targeted content marketing materials for assigned Compass One Healthcare sectors, provide support for tradeshows and partnership events, and write, edit, and refine custom content for proposals and special projects. Additional duties and special projects may be assigned by the manager, and some travel may be required, up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Align social media strategy to enterprise editorial calendar and oversee all content activation including social media channels, brand websites and other digital channels.
  • Work with the content marketing manager, sector support teams and sales to produce compelling content for sector digital channels as needed.
  • Manage advertising strategy for all social media channels.
  • Maintain and organize user generated content and digital assets.
  • Make all updates to sector websites and influence channel strategy and roadmap.
  • Think outside of the box to develop innovative ideas for digital storytelling and social media campaigns.
  • Research, conceptualize, and design targeted content marketing materials for assigned Compass One Healthcare sectors.
  • Provide support for tradeshows, partnership events and other projects.
  • Write, edit and hone custom content for proposals and special projects.
  • Special projects and additional duties as determined by manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field of study.
  • Previous graphic design and/or content marketing experience.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional ability to remain organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to accurately manage multiple complex projects and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and well-disciplined.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong relationship building and professional communication skills.
