About the position
The Content Operations Coordinator Temp serves as a vital link between various teams including merchants, product development, marketing, and e-Commerce customers. This role is focused on managing sample coordination and supporting asset management for e-commerce systems, ensuring that production standards are met and that all product attributes are accurately captured for online display. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Request and traffic e-commerce samples.
- Prioritize multiple projects to meet calendar deadlines.
- Build and maintain a sample library in the e-commerce studio.
- Act as a liaison between e-commerce and the content team for product setup.
- Quality check reference images and product variations.
- Receive and process studio production samples.
- Compare received samples to PIM for quality control.
- Capture copy notes to support the product copywriter.
- Build e-commerce Color/Size SKUs when necessary.
- Support the SCNJ Production Coordinator as needed.
Requirements
- Preferred experience in a photography studio environment or similar.
- Experience in Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and Salsify is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs boxes on occasion.
- Strong aesthetic and design skills with the ability to interpret brand standards.
- Proven strength in problem analysis and creative problem solving.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to act and work with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a photography studio environment or similar.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Salsify.
