About the position

Cutting Edge is seeking a skilled Content Creator/Producer to take full ownership of our content creation process. This role involves planning, recording, editing, and publishing high-quality content across all social media platforms and YouTube. You'll play a key role in shaping our brand presence, driving audience engagement, and ensuring consistency in our messaging.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop content themes, topics, and schedules aligned with business goals.
• Research industry trends and audience preferences to create relevant and engaging content.
• Record and edit short-form (Reels, TikToks) and long-form (YouTube) video content.
• Add captions, effects, and graphics to enhance content quality and engagement.
• Ensure videos are optimized for each platform's specifications and audience.
• Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Use scheduling tools like Go High Level to streamline content delivery.
• Track content performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) using analytics tools.
• Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, messaging, and visual style.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in content creation, video production, and social media management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video content and successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
• Experience with recording equipment and lighting for high-quality production.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
