About the position

The Content Producer/Editor at VIA Productions is responsible for overseeing the creative and production process of various video content, from concept to delivery. This role involves managing projects, communicating with clients, writing copy, and editing footage to create engaging visuals that align with client goals. The position is crucial for ensuring the success of video projects by combining production and editing skills to deliver high-quality content that engages audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creative and production process of video content from concept to delivery.
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and goals.
• Manage multiple day-to-day production priorities and coordinate activities.
• Produce, create, and edit various videos, graphics, and copy for multiple media formats.
• Leverage AI and other tools to version and scale projects.
• Provide updates and edits related to projects to the Creative Director and Project Managers.
• Work closely with editing staff, audio producers, and the delivery team to meet deadlines.
• Track time diligently and invest in the processes and systems of VIA.
• Demonstrate clear and polite written and oral communication skills.
• Investigate client issues and escalate problems appropriately.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience producing and editing content in a professional capacity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Excellent attention to detail and meticulous execution of tasks.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and provide solutions that align with their objectives.
• Client-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
