About the position

The Content & Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing content that spans the entire buyers' journey, from brand-building thought leadership to sales collateral. This position requires collaboration with various teams within Appcast, including product development, sales, and customer success, to effectively position products in the market. The role demands strategic thinking, collaboration, and creative execution to support Appcast's growth objectives and enhance talent acquisition for companies.

Responsibilities

  • Own case studies and testimonials by identifying potential sources, interviewing customers, and crafting the content for review.
  • Contribute to collateral development by creating market-facing materials and sales tools with strong messaging.
  • Manage the lifecycle of content assets, ensuring proper organization and timely updates in repositories.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build product knowledge and integrate it into marketing strategies.
  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and leads across all channels.
  • Work with design resources and subject matter experts to enhance content quality.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing programs and tools to support go-to-market efforts.
  • Understand customer needs and continuously evolve buyer personas using data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content marketing and product marketing roles.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing content repositories and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and technologies, such as G2 and Mindtickle.
