About the position

The Content & Product Marketing Manager at Appcast will play a crucial role in developing content that spans the entire buyer's journey, from brand-building thought leadership to sales collateral. This position requires collaboration with various teams, including product development and sales, to effectively position Appcast's products in the market. The role demands strategic thinking, creativity, and a strong focus on supporting the company's growth objectives in the recruitment advertising technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Own case studies and testimonials by identifying sources, interviewing customers, and writing case studies for review.
  • Develop market-facing materials such as PowerPoint decks and sales collateral with strong messaging.
  • Manage content asset lifecycle across various platforms, ensuring materials are updated and relevant.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build product knowledge and leverage it in marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to a full-funnel content strategy that drives engagement and leads across channels.
  • Work with design resources and subject matter experts to create effective marketing materials.
  • Assess the effectiveness of product marketing programs and tools to support go-to-market efforts.
  • Understand customer needs and continuously evolve buyer personas using data.

Requirements

  • Experience creating compelling content for sales teams and various channels including blogs and social media.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of samples.
  • Experience developing Go To Market plans for products.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience crafting presentations and collateral in various mediums.
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop project plans and manage projects to completion.
