About the position

The Content & Product Marketing Manager at Appcast will play a crucial role in developing content that spans the entire buyer's journey, from brand-building thought leadership to sales collateral. This position requires collaboration with various teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to effectively position Appcast's products in the market. The role demands strategic thinking, creativity, and a strong focus on supporting the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own case studies and testimonials by identifying sources, interviewing customers, and crafting written materials for review.
  • Contribute to the development of market-facing materials, including PowerPoint decks and sales collateral.
  • Manage the lifecycle of content assets across various platforms, ensuring timely updates and sunset of outdated materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build product knowledge and leverage it in marketing strategies.
  • Develop a full-funnel content strategy that drives engagement and leads across all channels.
  • Work with design resources and subject matter experts to create compelling content.
  • Assess the effectiveness of product marketing programs and tools that support go-to-market efforts.
  • Understand customer needs and continuously evolve buyer personas using data.

Requirements

  • Experience creating compelling content for sales teams and various marketing channels.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with samples available upon request.
  • Experience developing Go To Market plans for new or enhanced products.
  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects of varying complexities simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience crafting presentations and collateral in various mediums.
  • High level of positive energy, drive, and enthusiasm; self-starter with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to develop project plans and manage projects to on-time completion.
