About the position

The Content Strategist, Information Architecture Intern at Teradata is a summer internship role focused on enhancing the user experience through effective content design and technical content strategy. The intern will collaborate with various teams to improve the content ecosystem, ensuring that information is findable, understandable, and useful for customers utilizing Teradata's data analytics tools. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with content engineering, design technologists, and the content team to assess the current state of the Teradata content ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to enhance content findability, understandability, and effectiveness.
• Implement information architecture approaches to improve content modeling, workflows, governance, and taxonomy.
• Assist in planning and requirements for migrating content from a legacy content management system to a modern system.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a BS/MS/PhD degree program with graduation dates between December 2024 and June 2026.
• Knowledge of information architecture and its application in content planning and delivery.
