About the position

The Content Strategist/Tech Writer will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive content and communication strategies for various projects within an enterprise healthcare environment. This position focuses on creating effective messaging across multiple channels to support organizational goals, particularly in the context of email user campaigns and Windows migrations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content and communication strategies for assigned projects that align with business objectives.
  • Create content through multiple communications channels while ensuring consistent and concise messaging.
  • Produce various types of content including emails, training documentation, video scripting, tool/interface verbiage, product descriptions, newsletters, and articles.
  • Generate unique content specific to identified projects or programs with the target colleague audience in mind.
  • Innovate ideas for workflow solutions, such as internal tools.
  • Ensure quality communication delivery for multiple concurrent projects or programs for Technology teams.
  • Act as a team advocate, setting direction to develop best communication practices outside of the core team.
  • Support the development of standard practices, components, and guidelines for communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content strategy or technical writing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in writing for collaboration tools and web experiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with user experience and user testing.
