About the position

The Content Strategist at Elite DNA Behavioral Health is responsible for developing and implementing integrated content strategies that drive new patient acquisition through various digital channels. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to optimize lead generation campaigns, manage SEO strategies, and enhance the organization's online presence. The position requires a strong understanding of marketing trends, excellent copywriting skills, and the ability to analyze data to improve marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategy, development, and implementation of integrated content strategies including social, email, and website.
  • Work with agency partners to manage and implement on-site and off-site SEO strategies that support Elite DNA's online presence.
  • Partner with advertising agency to implement and optimize lead generation campaigns, including creative and competitive messaging.
  • Create and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with key Elite DNA departments to deliver solutions to large-scale challenges.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of prospective patient lead workflows.
  • Solidify goals and measure success while enhancing systems to increase depth of metrics from prospect to patient.
  • Monitor daily performance of internal and external lead data, coordinating with agency partners to stay on track and on budget.
  • Build and maintain a deep level of understanding of the organization's goals on a brand, regional, and individual office basis.
  • Work with regional operations leadership on the health of clinics.
  • Research and keep a pulse on behavioral/mental health content trends and initiatives.
  • Manage ongoing competitive research process.
  • Provide reporting and summaries for the department to report marketing activities to c-suite.
  • Manage elitedna.com and elitednacareers.com websites, including attaining and publishing website bios and photos from providers, working with the marketing team to optimize website content, and consulting on website UX.
  • Support the branding arm of the marketing team and integrate strategies between digital and traditional communications on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage the onboarding and/or development of new tracking tools.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans/strategies to launch new offices or troubleshoot offices that need lift.
  • Track and reconcile digital media spends and agency retainers.
  • Production management for all items under the lead generation umbrella.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of managing organic and paid digital channels with a track record of success.
  • Firm understanding and pulse on marketing landscape and trends.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Experience in handling and strategizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical abilities to spot patterns and trends in content marketing data.
  • Ability to use design tools like Canva, CRM's, project management, and communications tools.
  • Highly organized with project management and time management skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Team-building skills and leadership qualities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to break down complex issues.

  • Google and SEO certifications are a plus.
