About the position
The Content Writer for AI Integration will play a vital role in enhancing the creation of engaging and SEO-friendly content using a proprietary Generative AI tool. This position is essential for crafting narratives and messages that align with the brand's voice while ensuring that the content generated meets agency-grade quality standards. The role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, as the content must adhere to strict regulatory guidelines. The Content Writer will be responsible for refining AI-generated content to make it relatable and engaging for the target audience, ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout the process. In this role, the Content Writer will participate in ideation sessions, both online and in-person, to brainstorm themes and content ideas based on inputs from brand teams. They will edit and refine AI-generated content, collaborate with prompt experts to adjust prompts based on content quality, and write compelling headlines and calls-to-action. Additionally, the Content Writer will review and update existing content to improve SEO rankings and user engagement, conduct keyword research, and integrate relevant keywords into the content without compromising scientific integrity. The position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with graphic designers to ensure seamless integration of text and visuals. The Content Writer must possess a scientific background to ensure content accuracy and relevancy, particularly in the context of pharmaceutical and healthcare topics. This role is crucial for maintaining the brand voice and ensuring that all content is engaging, clear, and free of errors.
Responsibilities
- Participate in ideation sessions to brainstorm themes and content ideas based on inputs from brand teams and Generative AI.
- Edit and refine AI-generated content to meet high-quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the prompt expert to adjust prompts based on content quality and audience engagement.
- Write compelling headlines, calls-to-action, and content sections to supplement AI-generated text.
- Review and update existing content to improve SEO rankings, user engagement, and accuracy.
- Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into content without compromising scientific integrity.
- Ensure content is clear, engaging, and free of errors.
- Work closely with the graphic designer to ensure text and visuals are integrated seamlessly.
Requirements
- Scientific background to ensure content accuracy and relevancy.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare topics, including medical, legal, and regulatory requirements in the US market.
- Native English speaker or demonstrating high fluency, with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Experience creating content across various formats and platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and style.
- Understanding of how to prompt GPT or any other Large Language Model (LLM).
- Expertise in SEO strategies, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and understanding of content management systems.
- Strong research skills, with a focus on accuracy and detail, particularly regarding scientific and medical information.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
