About The Position

RE/MAX is seeking a skilled Content Writer to design impactful and engaging learning content for real estate professionals, franchise owners, and headquarters staff. This role involves transforming various inputs into educational experiences that empower users and enhance their knowledge of RE/MAX systems, ultimately driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid instructional design background and a passion for the real estate industry, working collaboratively across teams to develop and continuously improve learning content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, course writing, or eLearning development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into accessible learning materials.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Research and define course scope, learning objectives, and key performance outcomes in partnership with curriculum leaders.
  • Engage subject matter experts through interviews and focus groups to shape course content.
  • Ensure content aligns with RE/MAX corporate initiatives and real estate trends.
  • Apply instructional design principles to develop eLearning and blended learning solutions.
  • Create content in various formats such as webinars, modules, and videos to support diverse learning needs.
  • Prepare training materials in both physical and digital formats.
  • Integrate technology effectively and develop SCORM-compliant content to enhance learning.
  • Coordinate with the Growth and Education department to align course timelines and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for creative, design, approval, and distribution of content.
  • Gather feedback and monitor course performance for continuous optimization.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on course progress.
