About the position

The Content Writer position at Lexor® involves creating engaging content in both English and Vietnamese for various marketing channels. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team and direct reporting to the Marketing Director, focusing on enhancing the brand's voice and optimizing content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread content in both English and Vietnamese for social media, blogs, commercials, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and other team members to develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Write and optimize SEOs to improve the quality and quantity of website traffic.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future writing and content strategies.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese with strong writing and editing skills in both languages is a must.
• Previous management experience, including leading teams or projects.
• Experience writing for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and creating commercial scripts.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with content performance metrics and a passion for storytelling.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of content writing experience, with a background in marketing or media.
• Background in sales, digital marketing, or advertising.
