We're seeking a talented wordsmith to join our team on a 3-4 month contract as a Content Writer. This is a hybrid position based in Houston, TX, where you will spend two days of the week onsite. If you love language and have an eye for visual storytelling, this could be the perfect fit for you. The pay range for this position is $27-$30 per hour. As our next Content Writer, you'll craft compelling copy across digital, print, and video projects. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to leverage strategic insights to shape communications campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for developing content that conveys our brand voice and ideals, solving complex creative challenges with sophisticated analytical thinking, and collaborating with designers and videographers to determine visual and textual elements. You will also support the achievement of customer, operational, and service objectives, perform specialized assignments as an independent contributor, and complete other duties as assigned. We are looking for someone with a strong background in copywriting, particularly in agency or marketing environments, who possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ability to work with multiple internal and external parties, strong time management and prioritization abilities, and the agility to pivot quickly in a fast-paced setting are essential for success in this role.
