About the position
Outlier is seeking experienced Italian writers to assist in training generative artificial intelligence models. This freelance position allows for flexible hours and is entirely remote, making it suitable for individuals looking to contribute their writing expertise while working at their convenience.
Responsibilities
- Read Italian text to rank responses generated by an AI model.
- Write short stories in Italian based on given topics.
- Assess the factual accuracy of Italian text produced by an AI model.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English writing skills.
- Professional writing experience (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
- Experience as a professional translator is desirable.
- Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or related to writing.
- Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.
Nice-to-haves
- Higher education qualifications such as a PhD may lead to higher pay rates.
