About the position

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content related to ethics and compliance topics for a global audience. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to simplify complex legal language and enhance learning through interactive content. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, creativity, and a keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of content development from researching, outlining, and concepting to writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Work with subject matter experts to transform complex legal and regulatory language into content that is easy to read and understand.
• Develop scenarios, Q&A, interactive exercises, and other comprehension aids to enhance learning.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, synthesizing feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Enhance content development processes using AI and machine learning.
• Participate in brainstorming activities and translate big ideas into written content.
• Balance multiple projects against competing timelines and pivot from one project to another as needed.
• Assist with special projects and provide guidance to other parts of the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional writing experience.
• Background in creative writing, ethics and compliance, instructional design, legal, or accessibility.
• Outstanding proofreading and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with AP style guidelines.
• Ability to write creative copy under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Ability to foster strong working relationships with remote team members.
• Willingness to perform tasks beyond writing.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AI and machine learning in content development.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory topics.
