About the position

We are seeking qualified and versatile individuals to assist with Large Language Model (LLM) training and QA. The ideal candidate should possess good language proficiency, cultural awareness, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. The role involves various tasks that can include, but are not limited to, ranking LLM prompt-answer pairs using a defined quality framework, writing prompts and answers from scratch, and creating dialogues on selected topics. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for rewriting subjects of conversations following requested guidelines, prioritizing safety, creativity, and correctness. Conducting research to develop writing and prompt ideas is also a key aspect of this position. Confidentiality is paramount, and candidates must handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. It is essential to maintain knowledge of domain-specific terminology and stay up-to-date with language and cultural trends. The role may also involve auditing high-priority content based on project requirements, ensuring that all outputs meet the necessary standards.

Responsibilities

• Rank LLM prompt-answer pairs using a defined quality framework.
