About the position

Optimum Building is seeking a Content Writer to create diverse content formats that enhance the customer journey and position the company as a leader in Health and Wellness. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to align content with SEO strategies and marketing campaigns, ultimately driving traffic and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will manage projects from concept to completion, demonstrating strong time management and communication skills while contributing to the Marketing and Sales team's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling content including whitepapers, blogs, guides, infographics, case studies, webinars, and press releases.
  • Write and proofread short- and long-form copy for marketing, advertising, and social media.
  • Develop product-oriented content for product releases, use cases, testimonials, and demos to drive interest.
  • Research industry-related topics and stay updated on market trends in health and wellness.
  • Incorporate keyword research and SEO guidelines to optimize content.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align projects with strategic objectives and identify key deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead, monitor, and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project resources and timelines, adjusting as necessary for successful outcomes.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external audiences.
