• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Content Writing
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
• Knowledge and experience in Design and Project Management
• Understanding of Medical Coverage, Websites, and Digital Principles
• Familiarity with UX and UI design principles
• Proven record of creativity and innovation in content creation
• Ability to handle Disability Claims and work with Messaging Platforms
• Experience in Stakeholder engagement
• Capacity to work on both online and offline platforms
• Knowledge of Microsites and Redeployment strategies
• Ability to manage Notifications and keep track of Progress
• Familiarity with Fusion techniques in content creation
