This freelance role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have strong video skills and experience producing social media videos and static content, reels, podcasts, and YouTube videos. CEA Marketing is a vibrant digital creative agency specializing in tourism, personal branding, and B2B strategies. Our talented professionals collaborate closely to deliver exceptional client results, leveraging innovative marketing techniques and a deep understanding of the digital landscape. Second Sol Studios is our professional production venue just steps from CEA's main office. We focus on video production, podcast production, social media content creation, and photography. Our studio is equipped to support content creators of all skill levels and fosters an environment of collaboration and creativity. We aim to provide our clients with high-quality content that resonates with their target audiences and enhances their brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and fun TikToks, YouTube videos, and Instagram Reels for our clients, ensuring content aligns with their brand voice and objectives.
• Create and optimize video content for YouTube, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Manage daily posting and engagement across all social media platforms, fostering community interaction and brand loyalty.
• Work directly with our project management team to create comprehensive social media strategies, including content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to inform future content strategies and improve overall performance.
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to align content with brand goals and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating TikTok and Instagram Reels, with a strong portfolio of engaging video content.
• Experience with YouTube and a proven record of growing audiences through creative video content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms and current social media marketing trends.
• Creative and inspirational storyteller who consistently brings fresh ideas to the table.
• Skilled in video editing for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels.
• Skilled graphic design experience using Adobe products and Canva.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence and drive to work independently while managing multiple projects.
• Excellent copywriting skills and complete knowledge of YouTube SEO.
• Must be goal-oriented and a multi-tasker.
